Maya Angelou passed away today. Given that she was such a prolific and inspirational writer, a fighter for all human rights, and someone who overcame tremendous obstacles, it's little wonder that her quotes are appearing just about everywhere. I don't know that she ever talked specifically about health or fitness or working out, but she sure talked a lot about strength and courage and endurance and living your best life. So, however they are interpreted, her words are worth re-sharing.
